To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery date. 

Non-Refundable Items 

Certain items, such as intimate wear, accessories, and personalized or customized products, are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene or personalization concerns. 

Returns Procedure 

Returning a product is simple. Log into your account and go to the "My Orders" section. Follow the instructions to submit a return request, specifying the reason for the return and attaching any necessary documentation. Our customer support team will carefully review your request and provide assistance with the return process. 

Refunds (If Applicable) 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming its receipt and notifying you whether your refund has been approved or denied. Please allow five to seven days for the refund to be processed.
